Post Xenarc screen? Reply with quote
First of all - very, very inspired by your setup. I think you definitely did it right by putting the screen higher up.

I have a the manual climate control, which looks like it might be a bit more challenging to relocate, but I need to do more research.

I love the bezel that you got, but most of the info I have read on the Lilliput and Xenarc screen leans toward the Xenarc (brighter, less glare). I know the bezel was made for the Lilliput though.

Has anyone seen an OEM look install of a Xenarc screen? I may need to make my own bezel, but I've never done something like that before.

The computer I want to use is a Mac Mini - I wonder if both the head unit and the Mac would fit in the glove box? Will have to test that as well.

The main problem with the manual climate control is the wires. Not sure but some people have suggested using bicycle break cable to extend them some how.

I have never seen a xenarc open so I'm not sure how the fit would be with SrCsTc's bezel.

I would imagine it's the fitting posts that will be if a different place.

I don't think you will have enough room for the HU and a MAC mini in the glove, I know I don't have much room with th HU in there, but then I did use a generic HU holder designed to go under dash, maybe without that there will be enough room.
